Drills and Sparring

The classes for teens consist of striking and kicking drills, which will improve their physical ability, fitness, and motor skills. With these skills, they will be more likely to develop a healthier lifestyle and increased confidence. Also, they will begin to see improvements in their coordination, timing, and endurance. Additionally, they will also do strength and conditioning exercises that will build their upper and lower body strength.
