Since we are open six days out of the week, we give our students flexible hours to match their busy schedules. We work with your children at a steady pace to make sure they can be successful.<\/p>\n

We never try to rush the learning process, but we will encourage them to achieve reachable goals and expectations. Our classes are also based on skill level.<\/p>\n

So, if you are a beginner, you will train alongside other beginners as well. If you are a more seasoned student, you will be with other experienced students, and so on.<\/p>\n

Our training is designed to promote physical and mental fitness. Exercises are implemented to ensure your child is healthy and active. We also want our students to be flexible to perform many of the techniques that we will teach them.<\/p>\n

Fairview TX Martial Arts classes for youngsters!<\/p><\/div>\n

Tiger-Cubs (4-5 yrs)<\/h2>\n

Once your toddler begins to walk, the sky is the limit on what they can do. The Tiger-Cubs program is geared towards pre-school aged students and focuses on the basics of martial art instruction. In these courses, your child will learn simple Taekwondo<\/a> forms through repetitive movements. These classes aim to help build motor skills and balance.<\/p>\n

Other than the physical aspects of this program, our trainers also work to improve focus and concentration, self-discipline and even make their students aware of the potential danger posed by strangers.<\/p>\n

This training program for pre-school and Kindergarten can make a positive impact on your child’s development. Sessions only last 30 minutes and are guaranteed to be some of the best times your kid has all week!<\/p>\n

Juniors (6-11 yrs)<\/h2>\n

While enrolled in our juniors program, your kids will learn about kicks and strike movements. This program is intended to build self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-control. All of these attributes are considered to be things that qualify as excellent life skills.<\/p>\n

Stranger awareness and anti-bullying<\/a> lessons are also implemented in this class. As an added benefit, your child will receive a great physical workout that will help keep them active and healthy. These classes usually range anywhere between 40 and 45 minutes a session.<\/p>\n

Teens (12-15 yrs)<\/h2>\n

The teen years are some of the most important of a young person’s life. That is why we arranged our teen’s program to focus on positive influence, strong character, and leadership.<\/p>\n

A fun after-school activity!<\/p><\/div>\n

We build upon the skills they have obtained over the years while introducing more advanced techniques. At this age, we also strongly encourage our students to compete in tournaments as well as belt-advancement exams.<\/p>\n

Teen classes include exercises, kicking drills, striking drills, sparring drills, and speed and agility drills. These high energy teen martial arts lessons last 40 to 45 minutes.<\/p>\n
