These groups consist of the Tiger Cubs, Junior program, Teens program, as well as an Adult program.
Tiger-Cubs (Ages 4 to 6)
Nonetheless, Tiger-Cubs is our smallest warriors. This program’s primary focus is to introduce you to symmetrical movements and create a foundation that will improve balance, flexibility, and coordination for our little warriors. As a result, our primary focus is to deliver the most exciting and fun 30 minutes of our children’s day.
Juniors (Ages 6 to 10)
In addition, our Junior program focuses on building self-esteem, confidence, and self-control. Also, through drills and exercises, our coaches strive to channel positive energy; our juniors must be confident in themselves and their ability.
Drills and activities consist of speed and agility drills, essential martial arts, kicking, sparring, and striking exercises. Junior students are also introduced to real-world self-defense and anti-bullying education. Lastly, our Junior classes typically last 40 to 45 minutes.
Teens (Ages 11 to 15)

Teen classes consist of speed and agility drills, kicking drills, striking drills, and sparring drills. These lessons last 40 to 45 minutes of high-intensity training.
