Your child can become a part of either Tiger-Rock’s Tiger-Cubs program or their Juniors program. Here they will learn life skills, anti-bullying, and self-discipline. They will also be a part of an action-packed environment that provides them with positive challenges.
For students who are 4 to 6 years old, they are placed in the Tiger-Cubs Program. The primary goal of this program is to bolster early childhood development. Here they will learn the basics of taekwondo, acquire, develop self-discipline, and listening skills.
When your child is 6 to 11 years old, then they can graduate to the Juniors Program. Your child will learn in these classes how to stand up to bullies, and self-defense techniques. Here students will refine their self-discipline, self-concept, and self-confidence.
Tiger-Cubs is there to assist your child in their cognitive development and in building a foundation of their coordination and balance. Our trainers will teach them bilateral movements that will aid them in their asymmetrical development. Enroll your child in this action-packed 30-min class today.

The 7 skills students learn in the Juniors program help create the leaders of tomorrow. Listening, obeying, learning, sharing, patience, attitude, and courage are vital skills for leading a good community. Students in this program have the opportunity to join the Honors Program, which gives unique leadership opportunities.
