Elite Counter-Aggression Training

At Tiger-Rock Martial Arts, our self-defense training program is known as Elite Counter-Aggression Training. Using elements of various martial arts including Taekwondo, this self-defense system helps you hone striking, kicking, grappling, and evasive techniques.
This program also teaches awareness, such as risk factors, what to pay attention to, and do’s and don’ts when you encounter an aggressive threat. The lessons that you learn in this self-defense program are lessons you will be taking forward throughout life.
